the delivery was exceptional i must say.conidering i ordered from china to uk.. fitting of the dome camera itself was a nightmare TO ADJUST,even though i pre wired waiting for delivery and to just connect it, the camera does not seem to allow for easy/moderate adjustment without dis-asllembling and re-fitting except for the mounting plate itself. personally i think that zosi should re consider the design ' RE' the dome camera adjustment.. I already have bullet cameras outside and needed a dome for the internal side of the property..but the adjustment and flexibility of the DOME cameras needs to be addressed somewhat by ZOSI, anyway the dome camera is up and runnig fine at the minute..PLEASE NOTE.. the dome camera comes complete,, but needs to be DIS-ASSELMBLED for you to fit..the instructions say you do this and do that ..but i found this nonsense.. ZOSI needs to make the BALL of the camera to be more flexible ..rotation wise.
