I received a faulty POE NVR recorder. As soon as I plugged in my hard drive, I felt it burned and the hard drive died. I repaired the problem myself because the power supply to the hard drive was incorrectly connected at the connector (two wires reversed). The after sales service did not want to know anything even with the evidence that I had provided them. On the other hand, viewing the images from the cameras requires an IE browser with obsolete activeX and does not work with chrome or firefox. The power supply module created disturbances on my powerline communications. To conclude, product not to buy if you don't want to have any problems. I will buy a POE NVR from another brand. After sales service to shun.

Good item has built in microphone works great with my Hikvison recorder, change IP with SADP tool to Hikvison friendly IP address, works great in low light conditions.
