Requires Reolink NVR to operate. PC client won't work according to statement. Returned the item and was confirmed delivered. They have not given refund yet of the item. It is confirmed delivered. They have stopped responding thus far. I will update review when I get an update. Processing this direction is a untrustworthy feeling, even from a large company like Reolink. I expected better efficiency.
