it is an open comb but is the sweetest head in the whole Yaqi catalog. In my humble opinion the Yaqi head to have absolutely in the drawer. Mellon is ideal for shaving a few days' beard in absolute comfort

Excellent product just as described. Arrived in a couple of weeks
this is well made product that holds the blade firmly in place. the plating is perfectly finished It is very aggressive and care is needed to use this. not recommended for a beginner. Best used with a slightly lower blade angle.
