The handle I received is beautiful and heavy, but the knurling almost feels like it has a coat of plastic on it so that it is too smooth. I actually tried to light it with a lighter because I was convinced it had some sort of plastic coating. Very strange. Not a bad purchase for the price, but the knurling could be better to match the good looks.
