Like many others, I bough this razor for the handle, which is very nice - looks great and lies well in the hand with good grip even with some soapy water on it. I had very low expectations for the head, since many reviews label it as too aggressive, and I don't like aggressive razors. I shave daily and have no need to cut through a forest of stubble quickly. This razor is very efficient, meaning it gets the job done without too many passes, but I do not find it aggressive at all. OK, I am a fairly experienced shaver, but I have not managed to nick myself a single time with this razor. I would rate it s just slightly more aggressive than a Merkur 34C, which is somewhat of the gold standard for razors suitable for beginners. In summary, I can not recommend this razor highly enough. and the price is ridiculously low!
