Customer service is excellent. Product is also excellent, exactly as pictured, and functions very well. Shipping was unusual, possibly because of the covid-19 situation: I ordered it March 27 but the package didn't leave China until one month later, April 26th. BUT, it arrived via DHL a mere three days later! I expected a long shipping time, so in the end the initial delay made no difference. I would purchase from these guys again, just not with express shipping. Thank you FnYu.
