The package has been delivered in 2 weeks by FedEx. The product is well made and works great. Completely silent. The controls are simple and intuitive. The top plate has a nice heft to it, and keeps temperature very stable. Pleasure to work with. On the cons side the quality of the tools that are included with the station could be better.
