I ordered this item on Nov. 11 along with many other items from other vendors. I received everything else but this item. I wrote to the vendor and they said it was delivered. Then they said the tracking number changed TWICE. It's Dec. 19 and I have not received this and it was ordered for a Christmas gift. I ordered an additional massager from another vendor and it arrived within a week. I don't understand why this item took so long to arrive.
