Fast shipping, well packed, and very satisfying product! The only thing I really regret is that you can only use it when it's plugged. But it's okay though. There's 3 speeds and an on/off heating mode. You can massage your back but also head, neck, thighs... a nice tool at a cheap price. Thanks!
