I bought this product for a birthday in March. I will give later my opinion about this. The delivery time was a little bit long.
The product is excellent, my family loves it! Came in very quickly, in perfect condition. i ordered it for me, but my mother loved it so much that i gave it to her. I will order again. Excellent as a gift and it is exactly as described. The velcro can be used so that it frees your hands and it works, but i preferred to use my hands to direct it to where i want. I used it on soles, calfs, tighs, back and neck and it is wonderful, releasing tension. I also love there are no batteries because i don't need to worry about replacing them. The cord is not very long, but i use an extention from the outlet so no issues for me.
