Seller claimed that they have tested the product before ship doesn't change the fact that the transformer is not working, hence there is no power. It might not be their fault, its just how electronics malfunction sometimes. I also understand that the seller is trying to help to fix the thing because it is very inconvenient and inefficient in cost to ship the item back to replace a new one but their suggestion won't work. I do also suggested seller to send me a new transformer so that i can replace the faulty part myself, but the solution was rejected so now I need to spend extra time, effort, and money to fix it myself.
