Open box no instructions, and found a destroyed ceramic resistor which have been hit off from the board, left resistor leadless, the one below also seems loose, unknown if due to handling of packing or custom inspection. Reported and glad the issue was accepted and receive resistor replacement promptly and self fixed. But then woofer did not sound properly with continuous humming until removed ground from the plug, by the way the live and neutral wires were interchanged in plug so live pass fuse in the beginning not the end. Now it sounds great.
