The instrument is defect. Unfortunately, I have realize it after the end of the dispute period. It was no manual in English included in order to pass the time during trying to find the functioning. The instrument goes in off mode during trying to produce mA signal. He is fake. In that case of expensive and complicated instruments, Aliexpress should provide a much better protection to the byers.
