It would have been nice to have an installation manual for the bike and all the accessories.

1st class customer service, this company is excellent to deal with 5 *****. Purchased 2 bikes on 11/11. Bikes are very powerful, make sure to use correct gearing. Gear box is quiet and smooth. Our only upgrades are main frame air suspension (more space for easy battery removal and replacement) Zefal 50mm PTFE tape in the tires, mudguards, brake handle silicone sleeves, Wildman saddle bag, and additional lighting. Delivery was 4 working days, very fast service. Hope this helps you decide, the bikes are excellent for everyday use and there are no more hills :) enjoy, Thank you Seller.
