After 2 weeks I received and ride the bik e came a serious problem. I can't use the bike anymore. The battery is locked in the bike and no way to take it and recharge it. The after sales let me with the problem 15 days and chat with me without fixing the problem. There is a conception problem of the bike and I have until today no appropriate after sales solution. I am now désesparate and regreat to bougjt the e bike accolmile this November 2020.
