The Shengmilo MX01 is a great bike! I've ordered this electric MTB on monday and I received it on friday already in The Netherlands. Packaging was all good, it was easy to assemble the bike even though I am not a handy person. It was mainly removing packaging material, mounting the steer and mounting the front wheel. The product description says that this mountainbike has a Shimano gearshift but this only applies to the rear shift, the front shift seems to be of lower quality. I would advise having a bicycle shop to check the bike before you take it on a long mountainbike trail: in my case it turned out that the derailer which manages the front shift wasn't adjusted perfectly. The bike is good quality and rides well, with speeds up to 50km/h.

Battery failed on first day owing to faulty charging point. The response from the seller was very quick. Still waiting for confirmation that a replacement battery has been dispatched. I will update feedback once the replacement battery has arrived and I am able to use the bike. Initial impression is that the bike is well designed and built. Battery protection needs to be improved. Shen Milo very responsive to messages and sent some replacement parts (charger port and battery head) very quickly. Strangely they said they are unable to send out a rear light, which was missing, and did not offer a refund. Not sure why.
