I ordered a US plug and the warehouse sent me an EU plug. When I asked for a replacement the seller ghosted me. I filed a dispute after a couple weeks of unreturned messages and Aliexpress had the refund to me in less than an hour. Wrong product is the warehouses fault, bad communication is the seller's fault.
