The PCB quality is really good, I haven't tested all the functionalities yet but I am charging some 18650s in parallel and it seem to be working fine so far. Charging voltage is 4.2 as expected. shipping took aprox. 3 weeks
After testing, the module seem to be working fine but when fast charging 18650 (4P) overnight, the cells overheated (47C) so you might want to add an NTC (see datasheet) to regulate temperature
