I am satisfied with the product. But the packaging is very disappointing. A lot of Styrofoam pieces got into the heat sink and fan and it was very difficult to remove.

It's heavy which is good for a heatsink. Haven't tested it yet since I havent set up a system but will leave additional feedback afterwards. It included a nice gift.
