So much noise making

Received the product in a plastic sealed envelope. without padding The fan's metal plate was slightly bent, and I had to bend it back into shape. It is working in my PC; noise level is not high - a slight constant whirling sound. The fan has only two wires (ground and battery) and uses the old 4-pin molex connector.
