Fast delivery from China to Canada, only 3 weeks. Good product received and tested. Good and safe package. Very good communication with the seller. Only functional tested, not fully tested, because the rest of the components are not delivered. Not able to say about speeds of air flow. Something wrong with China, they give you 90 days delivery protection, but deliver it in 2 to 4 weeks. Are interested and answer fast to questions. I am impressed

Very crappy product. Good with noise. Not good plastic used for the fan. First wing jumped at the first use and broke the second one. The third one broke because was unbalanced. Now vibration is noticeably big. I have to buy another cooler. Not recommend because of the poor quality.
