Terrible product. First, the seller is a liar. He told me there was an extra lamp as a gift, and did not send it. Second, the power cable is a bit loose, like a cheap quality product. Third, and most important, the item description is saying 6 j/cm2 energy density. And this is a lie! The product is 4.8 j/cm2 tops. The energy density is very important, low energy density makes the product ineffective. All high ends ILP have 6 to 7 j/cm2 to ensure that hair removal is efficient, otherwise is just another cheap product that will not work. All saloons IPLs and Lasers works above 10 j/cm2. I want my money back. You seller will learn how to be honest!
