So far good. I don't think is 21 joules/cm2 because at highest set it doesn't feel more powerful than another one that I have (7.5 j/cm2). It gets a bit hot and automatically it stops for 15 seconds.
the joules per square centimeters aren't even close to 13j/cm or 21j/cm as advertised. The beauty centers where I went had their devices set to 15j/cm and it worked and was a bit painful. This one burn the skin because of the hotness it gets but few or none hair removal effect.
