The seller has a perfect communication service and the product works well. One small thing is its highest power mode takes more than 0.9s wait time till the next shot. If you want a clinical level of result, you will always wanna use the highest power which is level 5. For me on level 5, it felt like 1.8 second per a shot so it took a little bit more time than I expected to cover the whole area I want. Still faster, stronger, and easier than other IPL laser machines tho. So basically, the product works well I see my hair burned without hurting my skin. I think it has a enough power for IPL laser. Some other products definitely not! Plus, it is prettier than others lol Look at this I would even leave it on my desk just because it looks so good. Highly recommend!
