I received the ordered product faster than It was predicted. It was packed in a carton box and It wasn't damaged during shipment. Unfortunately, the product seems to be used because it has a lot of scratches on the cover. It is not nice if you order a new product and pay for a new product and you receive a product that probably was used by the seller or was returned by another buyer. I've attached real images of the product that I've received. The product itself works, the installation process was not so demanding compared to the VAS ODIS installation. Before ordering consider the fact that your Lexia may look like mine that I've received.
