Delivery of goods was OK even though it took longer than declared within the EU, communication was a bit stuck, but it will probably be a big time zone difference, in case of problems with SW installation, the seller offered a replacement SW, unfortunately the error is repeated = SW and HW no longer work. The problem may be and probably will be in the Notebook and its HW or the upgrade over version 7.62 is bad. Overall, I have to evaluate the store positively, I recommend everyone to properly check which version their Notebook can handle.
