corrupted software, illegal copy. Dosn't work at all

The software bundled with the product is useless and not activatable. I was eligible for a refund which in the end did not require since the hardware was most probably usable (but I need to procure the right software first.). I will take my chances and try to get it running. The seller never returned my messages.
