Terrible dispatch took way way too long, made up tracking details which did not work with DHL or any other carrier, made up a story about item over weight then when I finally received almost a month later was sent using EMS not DHL as promised. Delivery was stated as being 9-17 days took almost one month. I messaged numerous times and was just mucked around. Beware.
