I had to wait for 2 months for the product, and it totally not working in h.265 encode (It is h.264 encoded). My NVR is from Dahua NVR which supports h.265 format. The seller said its not support another NVR brand in h.265, so you have to use their NVR. (I have another h.265 brand called REVOLTECH, which cheaper and it's working on my system.) I have to wait for 2 days for the massage reply. And the solution is; they send me to use their CMS program. (Of cause it was h.264 working condition). Not recommend buying from this seller.
