Item as described, disassembled it for a quick look, didn't see anything that shouted out at me immediately. Connector to handpiece had a flaky solder connection on the brown wire, display would read OP once in awhile, a bit of flux and a touch of a soldering iron and it has been good since. I've also wrapped a layer of insulation so that the strain relief does grab the wire, as delivered the strain relief does nothing (since the cable diamter is smaller than the connector min diameter for the strain relief to work).
