It is in terrible condition, all marked and scratched. Legs bent all the way in. Most probably they will break if I try to fix them. Not good to send unprotected like this.
Managed to straighten the bent pins without breaking any and cleaned the old solder off of them. Tested, and NOT WORKING. No surprises there considering the state of the chip when it arrived. You should beware when buying from this seller.
