Delivery to Germany took 23 days, cool! Chip seems fine, will test it over the weekend. Recommended!
Update: Lifted the chip from the package to work with it. Apparently, it was pressed in without care. The register A0 Pin was completely bend to the side. Even So hard bend, that it almost completely broke. It barely holds on to the chip. Now, I need to figure out how to repair that. I don't believe that this happened during shipment :(
