No, the product is not as per description. Manufacturer has advertised many features including that the Lock is compatible with Google Assistant & Tuya Application. This was one of the important feature listed by Yoheen based on which I made decision to purchase this model of Lock. I already use Google Assistant for so many other smart devices and was to also integrate the Smart Locks to my smart home project. After dispatch, representative from Supplier who contacted me informed that the Lock is not compatible with Google Assistant. This was quite surprising & unexpected. After receiving the product, I tried to configure the Lock, but apart from the normal features of Biometric Fingerprint, Pass Code and RFID card, I am not even able to configure it with Tuya App through which many of features could be utilised. Supplier has forgotten to send me the 2 sets of Mechanical Keys which is utmost necessary to unlock the door in emergency. Copy of advertisement attached for reference

I had received the Smart Lock without 2 sets of Mechanical Keys & therefore raised dispute with the supplier. Without the keys, the Smart Lock is very risky to use & therefore very important part of the Smart Lock kit. Also as per their advertisement on Aliexpress, they mentioned that the Smart Lock which i ordered is compatible with Google Assistant. This is incorrect. As per interaction with the supplier messages, supplier informed that couriering the Keys is very costly & asked if I can order another Smart Lock & they will courier the Keys Set along with the new Smart Lock that I will order. They also assured that they will give Good discount. They advised me to place an order but I should not make payment as they will give discount after which I should make the payment. I placed order, but not received response. My request to Aliexpress management is that payment for the original order should not be released to supplier till they do not dispatch the 2 sets of Mechanical Keys.
