The software is buggy, some settings don't work at all. The fingerprint recognition is completely useless. Recognizes 1 out of 10 tries. The PIN code part works well. The mechanics are typical chines stuff, needed some filing and sanding of edges, but works now.
EDIT: After using it a few days: When the lock opens, you have 5 seconds to turn the knob, because it locks again immediately. 5 seconds! There seem to be no way to adjust it. I use Smart Life to configure and use the lock. The software is buggy, the developer ( belongs to Tuya as I understand?) is incapable to leave a proper answer to the problems. For just everyday using by Bluetooth or the buttons, it's OK, but don't expect anything more. It's not "smart" at all.
