This is NOT a yoga mat, it's an ultra thin, microsuede floor covering with rubberized dots on the underside to stop it from slipping. It's very pretty but not for yoga as there's no padding or shock absorption. Going to use it as a runner in the hallway instead as it's more suitable as a decorative item than for exercise.
