I just used the product today to test the properties of my antioxidant water and received erratic and false readings. Testing the same water at a later time should give me a reduction in hydrogen level but instead received a higher level. Also, the product cannot convert Celsius to Fahrenheit for temperature readings. Please replace my product urgently. Thank you!

H2, ORP and Temp work but the pH meter is useless... I've received a new electrode, but broken, so the pH meter is still not working...
