On the website of this article, it is said that it must first be immersed for several hours in distilled water and then in the accompanying solution to calibrate it. However, in the meter manual it is said that it must first be introduced into potassium chloride. I have asked you several questions and your answers do not clarify the cause of this disparity of criteria. Hope you solve it so other buyers don't feel cheated like me.

The item has arrived fast. Batteries were included. I didn't tested it with calibration liquid yet but it shows +ORP with tap water and - ORP with properly prepared water. That seems to be correct. I recommend the seller
