Item arrived nicely packaged in small box (3 cables, PCB adapter, CD and USB cable), was recognized by Xilinx development suite. Verified working by backing up configuration of old Spartan 3 Starter Kit, checked chain, and programmed a Spartan 3 XC3S1000... all worked quickly and as expected. Thanks to the seller. Shipping to Canada via Ali Standard shipping was 1 calendar month (all things considering being Christmas season... I guess that's ok)
