As other commenters already mentioned, this is a clone of the digilent adapter, therefore the description is somewhat wrong. However it works and does what I want (programming a spartan 7) so 5 stars anyway :-)

Not based on CY7C68013A + XC2C256 as stated. It is a copy of Digilent HS2 cable and it uses a scratched FT232H.
