Why is this returned? I haven’t got any approach from the mailing office! How can this be done without notice. No phone contact no letter or no email? What was wrong? If this was not deliverable why was the shipment almost 2 month in the status “customs clearance”. And then suddenly return to customer? Please explain and give me the solution!
