I ordered my normal size, US 8.5, and they were too small. My sister wears US 8.0, and they were too small for her as well, which means these shoes are, by North American standards, US size 7.5. Yet according to their sizing chart, their 8.5 should have fit me, as my foot length is 24.5 cm. My suggestion is to order one to two sizes larger than you normally wear. Thanks to the Seller for offering Free Local Return, I was able to mail it back to a local company representative at no cost to me. If you need to return, Open a Dispute, click on Free return and No Reason, and they will send a free return label electronically that you print out and bring to post office. I actually did it wrong the first time so the label didn't become available for download, and the Seller sent me a message with directions on how to fix it and get the label.
