i did not receive my item before my protection period runs out i message the seller and they told me to wait for how many days because there is still time left in my protection period then i got so busy after that i didn't check my account for couple of weeks then when i checked it was too late because it automatically said delivered even though i didn't receive anything... i message the seller and they only said that it was delivered i went to my local post office again and again but to no avail its ot there.. i ordered the item nov. 17 i ask about the shoes december 28 i only checked my account again this january.. i still went to my local post office and still NO item..
REMEMBER TO ORDER IT 1,5 CM LONGER THAN YOUR FOOT. I didn't read it before doing the order , so because of my inattention I now have a good pair of shoes I can't use because they are short. I'll give them to someone else as a gift.
One last thing to add. since I ordered the wrong size I tried to ask if I could send them back to have the order corrected. no dice, i have to keep the wrong size shoes.
