From purchase to delivery took 21 days, so it was pretty quick. The quality is not the same as the original, but the price is also not the same as an original brand replacement. Overall I'm very pleased, the earpads snap on and the headband slides on the rail just like the original. For the price, I would definitely recommend this product. Interested to see how long they will last long term.
