Pretty quick. Ordered Jan 10. Received Feb 1. The velour is soft and more comfortable against the skin than the pleather ones. I kept the stock L and R inlays, but the order did come with new ones (black) that are quite nice looking. Prefer easy to install once you realize there are 6-ish hooks holder the cushions on. Pop in, pop out. Only CON might be that I don't think the noise-cancelling is as effective with the velour ones as they are with the plastic leather ones. For me, that's fine. But something to be cognizant of when buying.
