product itself looks ok, works fine. I ordered with an option which should include a film and a glove. I had none of them. though not a big problem, yet they didn't take their job seriously, kinda disappointed. Instead, I purchased another one, HUION, for my kid, I kept this as a back up. the seller did send it quick, the same day I paid, maybe too quick to pack everything or to check the list carefully. they said they would check with warehouse, then no show up anymore.

the product arrived in 20 days in Brazil, i was not taxed, the shipping was totally fast as expected the problem was the time that was stopped in Curitiba, the seller was very attentive, i really recommend, this is a nice table pen
