The quality of the tablet is great and I am super satisfied with it. Unfortunately bad UPS service caused significant delay in the delivery of the tablet, but VEIKK customer support was very helpful and attentive, and quickly reshipped it to ensure that it would arrive. It is worth noting that because of UPS's delay, my buyer's protection had ended before the tablet's arrival. VEIKK could have taken advantage of me and not resent the tablet, but instead they shipped it immediately and replied to every message within less than a day. I am grateful for the service and I encourage you to buy this product worry-free.
