I bought 2 of these products. The second one was faulty (it does not work at all). I complained and they asked me to send a video showing the fault which I did. They asked me to resend the video by email as they couldn't look at a link to the video. I had to waste an hour figuring how to resize a video to < 20 Mbytes for gmail. I was then told they would contact the factory to investigate but and after 2 weeks was finally told "Can you repair it at the local store?". All I want is a replacement, I've offered to return the item but I have had no response on whether they want me to and I doubt it is worth my time as the postage cost from the UK would make it uneconomical. Overall, service has been very poor and I would advise against using this seller.
