Initially I was quite happy with the product as it was what I was expecting, but I've had it for about a month now and it has stopped working with my laptop. When I switch to my laptop, a notification 'the USB device not recognised' pops up, and I'm unable to use my mouse and keyboard through the switch. If I directly plug in the mouse and keyboard, they both work though. This is sad because the inital product was working as I wanted it to and now I'm disappointed in the product,
