The cable is LIGHT, boy am I glad. I've bought several 1.5m 5 gbps USB-C cables from various brands. They all came with ROUND cables, and THICC shielding. like THICC. Thicc isn't the only problem, the thiccness made it super heavy and I'm talking about 200-300grams. A cable this heavy drags on the USB-C port, and makes me worry about damage to due the stress from the weight. And it doesn't help the shielding causes the cable to become almost impossible to bend. This cable is about 70-100 grams for 2 METERS in length. It's super light. And it does carry the signal properly. And yea, it's flat. I hope you would release Thunderbolt 3 flat cables one day, I'd buy them.
